Data collected through the contact form

When you submit the contact form, the following information is collected: your name, email address, optional organisation, enquiry category and message. Your IP address is briefly visible to the hosting layer for basic rate-limiting and abuse prevention but is not stored in a database.

Purpose of processing

The information you provide is used solely to read, respond to and follow up on your enquiry. It is not used for marketing, profiling or automated decision-making, and it is not sold or shared with third parties beyond the technical processors listed below.

Legal basis under GDPR

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) - your consent, given by voluntarily submitting the form - and Article 6(1)(f) - the legitimate interest of responding to enquiries directed at the studio.

Processors involved

The following third-party processors support the operation of this website:

• Lovable - website hosting, contact-form delivery and transactional email (notify.lutars.ro).
• Cloudflare - content delivery network and security layer used by the hosting provider.
• Google Fonts - not used. Fonts are hosted directly from this website.
• Email provider - messages are received in the office@lutars.ro mailbox, hosted by the studio's email provider.

Retention

Enquiry messages are retained in the studio's inbox for as long as needed to respond and maintain a reasonable record of correspondence, and are then deleted on request or when no longer relevant.

Cookies

This website uses strictly necessary cookies for security, hosting and deployment routing. In addition, Lovable's hosting platform currently sets a first-party session-id cookie with an approximately 30-minute rolling duration. This cookie is used for aggregate website analytics such as pageviews, sessions, referrers, device information and visit duration. The analytics script is served through this website's own domain by Lovable.

No advertising, profiling, cross-site tracking or marketing cookies are used, and the analytics identifier is not linked to contact-form data or to any user account. You may block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Romania, ANSPDCP - www.dataprotection.ro).
